Micromag – Cleanable Magnetic Filter Never Builds Up Pressure Drop. Available in a variety of pressures and sizes.
Contaminated fluid enters the inlet port where it is dispersed by the unique tapered radial flow channel. Fluid passes down the outside of the centrally mounted rare earth magnetic core which captures contamination particles along its length, resulting in excellent filtration efficiency.

Micromag
The Micromag HP/50 has all the same benefits of the standard Micromag but has been developed to suit high pressure (725 max. operating psi) through spindle-coolant applications, where the smallest particles can damage seals, spindles and even reduce the efficiency of the cutting tool.
The Micromag HP/80 follows from the standard Micromag and has all of the same incredible benefits. This unit was developed to suit high pressure (1160 psi max. operating pressure) through spindle coolant applications, where the smallest of particles can damage seal, spindles and even the efficiency of the cutting tool.
Both Micromag HP/50 and HP/80 can be installed anywhere in the fluid delivery system and will ensure that even sub-micron magnetic and para-magnetic particles are removed before they can cause any expensive damage.

MaGFil™ Magnetic Inserts

How Autofiltrex Works
Autofiltrex works in-line, taking dirty fluid from the holding tank and deliverying clean polished fluid to the tool/workpiece contact point. As fluid flows through the Autofiltrex cylinder, high intensity magnetic circuits extract ferrous contamination particles.
When the magnets reach saturation point, a timed automated purging process lifts the magnetic cores from the housing thereby releasing contamination. This is simultaneously diverted via a 3-way valve to the reclaim unit. The unit can be set to purge at timed intervals or be manually executed.
FilClean™ RDM
Rotating Drum Magnetic Self Cleaning Filters
the FilClean™ RDM comes in flow rates ranging from 13 up to 475 gallons per minute depending if it is to used on water based coolants or neat oil. Check specifications on brochure for specific model flow rate.
The FilClean™ RDM provides constant removal of ferric particles from fluid without any consumable costs and can also be used as a stand alone filter or paired with the MSC FilClean™ IDX self indexing gravity filter.
MSC can also integrate the FilClean™ RDM into specialty built custom filtration systems that include tanks, coolant pumps and coolant chillers.
