FilClean™ Gravity Indexing Filters
For Machine Tool Coolants
FilClean™ IDX is a flat bed coolant filter, using non-woven fabric for eliminating magnetic and non-magnetic particles from neat oil and emulsion.
Filtration levels can be determined by choice of fabric which range from 10 to 50 microns.
FilClean™ IDX automatically indexes the filter media as it plugs to a clean area of the filter roll and is a cost effective way to deal with many coolant contaminant challenges. Coolant drains out of the machine tool into the filter paper and then is pumped clean back to the machine tool via a supplied return pump.
*High Pressure Pump Amp draw is dependent on pump max pressure and will be determined at time of quote. State max pressure required back to machine tool.

FilClean™ IDX Carbon Steel Features
- Flow Rates 13.2 to 106 gpm with water based coolant
- Flow Rates 6.6to 53 gpm with oil coolant
- Removable filter fabric roll
- Filter media filters dirty coolant as gravity drains through.
- Clean coolant collection tank
- As filter paper plugs coolant backs up lifting a float which automatically causes filter paper to index to a clean spot.
- Dirty filter paper automatically folds into a collection container for disposal

- Rayon Polyester: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 or 50 microns
- Lengths: 100 yards or 200 yards
